LA dragged the family through the courts, time and time again...

This is an example of a Local Authority behaving VERY badly.

There are no concerns about the poster's educational provision - it has been deemed to be suitable on multiple occasions - and yet, instead of backing down and apologising, the LA has dragged the family through the courts, time and again.

This is one of the worst cases we have seen (and we can only provide a small sample of what this family has endured.)

Original text: -- The Local Authority has taken me to court - and lost - multiple times over the last four years. On one occasion, they arrived with 5 solicitors plus a barrister. Every time I send a report to my Local Authority, they say it's not suitable, but won't tell me why. I submit the same evidence to the court that I send to the LA. The court can see everything is fine, and throw the case out. The LA is currently trying to take me to court again, even though they know my daughter is awaiting spinal surgery.
